Unemployment problems is devastating in India. Present, so called education does not give any employment opportunity. But there are creature opportunity to get employment if so called education is equipped with technical education. Training from private sectors is expensive. As a result, unemployment youth cannot afford opportunity.
To create an opportunity of earning livelihood and facilitate women empowerment movement, IAD organized the following job and result oriented programmes by the help of SHG and SE Department, Women Dev. undertaking and 1% Dev.fund.
