Rogi Sahayata Kendra:

Itarai Asha Deep has been running two Rogi Sahayata Kendra at Udaynarayanpur State General Hospital and Debipur BPHC(Pancharul) respectively since 2016 in direct collaboration with health and family welfare Department, Govt. of West Bengal and with the active help of 7 Rogi sahayaks. We have been able to render services above 98467 beneficiaries & Patients from two help desks during the years under report.

Main objective of the programme:

To provide information to the patients and beneficiaries about their needs in friendly manner.
To guide patients & visitors in respect of treatment.
To maintain, preserve and update information database.
To receive complaints / Grievances / suggestions, Record them in appropriate registers, issue a receipt, and forward the complaints/ grievances.
To take other necessary step to ensure optimum functioning of Rogi Sahayata Kendra.
